Honestly, we can’t thank Pauline, Liv and the team enough for giving us the day of our dreams. We fell in love with Waterton as soon as we saw it and booked there and then, along with a few of their preferred suppliers. The whole day went perfectly, although way too fast. The food was amazing, everyone commented how lovely it was and how beautiful everything was.

Absolutely amazing! From the very first meeting to the big day everything was perfect! Pauline was great and made sure all the planning and build up was stress free as well as making the wedding day run smoothly. Food was amazing and all guests enjoyed it. We 100% recommend Waterton Park for a wedding, you would not be disappointed!

From start to finish Pauline and Olivia have been at hand if I had any questions for my big day at Waterton Park, however small, nothing was an issue. They were there with me throughout the day and did a lovely handover for the person that will be looking after us for the wedding breakfast and then for the reception. The whole staff at Waterton were truly lovely and their customer service is 5 stars! The food was amazing and they made our day so magical. If I could do it all again, I would choose Waterton Park every time, not just for the venue but every employee that was on duty that day and helped in making our day that much more special.

The dedicated team catered to every whim, ensuring everything ran flawlessly. The food was divine, the atmosphere enchanting, and every detail, from the floral arrangements to the personalized touches, reflected our vision perfectly because they worked so closely with our external vendors.

They handled last-minute changes with grace and kept us stress-free, allowing us to savour every moment. Our guests raved about the professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth of the staff. Easy site to use perfect for finding your happy ever after

We decided to book Waterton Park Hotel mainly because we live in Walton and we were well aware of how beautiful the venue was for a long time prior. So we wanted to get married somewhere that ticked the box of being stunning, but also somewhere that would have some meaning for us, and it is where our home is so we couldn't think of anywhere better. In terms of actually booking the venue, it was such a simple process, but also personalised to me and Tom. We met the Wedding Coordinators, we were given a really detailed description of what our package would include and how we could tweak this to suit us, and then payments were in installments, which was wonderful when paying for a wedding. There was no pestering or pressure at all, we just felt welcomed and taken care of right from the start. While the venue caters for lots of weddings, it really did feel as though each wedding is given 100% of the care and attention it deserves. We then attended a Wedding Fayre and this opportunity was perfect to help us find some of our suppliers. We booked our musicians, photographer, videographer, venue decorator, and flooring on or just after that day. We were also supported with any questions throughout the day so we knew what to do about any other bookings we needed to make. Regular contact was then maintained from the point of booking up until the day, with regular face to face appointments being made available. On the day, I found everyone working at Waterton to be so organised, calming and approachable. I could not fault the venue in anyway. I felt like everything ran smoothly and everything behind the scenes was just being conducted with experience and professionalism. Our guests also commented on how well the wedding was conducted and how friendly the staff were. The food was absolutely delicious and what everyone particularly liked was that the appetisers were served via a table, allowing people to approach as they wanted and not having to catch people walking round with them, as some other venues do. We even had some guests comment that if they had known about the venue when they got married, they would also have chosen it. It was the perfect venue for the most perfect day.

We visited the Waterton wedding fair this year as we always loved the setting and was greeted by Pauline, as we wanted to get married quite soon Pauline was amazing and went through all the current packages and dates. We managed to get a Saturday which was 16 weeks away at the time and Pauline and the team were amazing at putting everything together for us in quite a short space of time. Nothing was too much to ask, Pauline and Olivia were always on hand and the staff when we visited were always welcoming and helped us with room reservations for family members. On the day, it was truly perfect. When we arrived from church, we were welcomed so warmly from everyone, Pauline even helped when I needed an urgent ladies visit before going to greet our guests. The day ran to perfection, the timings were amazing, guests spoke so highly of the organisation and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The food was delicious and guests still now are talking about the canapés, the entertainment we had booked were all warmly welcomed and looked after and it really was the best day ever. Thank you to everyone at Waterton, but special thanks to Pauline and also to Mark who was the manager in the evening and again made sure it all ran great. We really made the best decision having our wedding day at Waterton.
