An absolutely amazing venue and day. Couldn’t have asked for more from start to finish. The setting inside and out is stunning. The day went so well, it was perfect. The staff are amazing and gave us whatever we needed. Shout-out to Olivia and Emily for their amazing help. I cannot recommend this venue enough for your wedding. Food, vibes, setting, stay, just everything amazing.

Waterton Park was everything we dreamed of and more.

The stunning lakeside setting, great organisation, and warm, professional team made our day unforgettable. If we had any questions throughout the planning process or needed advice, Olivia or another member of the team got back to us straight away and was super helpful.

The food, both during the day and evening, was exceptional, and everyone enjoyed it; the service was seamless, and the photo opportunities endless.

We couldn’t have asked for a more magical venue — truly perfect from start to finish! The honeymoon suite was beautiful, and when entering our room, a card and a Waterton Park teddy bear lay on the bed, a lovely touch and a lovely keepsake from our wedding coordinator, Olivia.

Our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to and loved the venue.

A fantastic setting for a wedding, it was well worth the money it cost to put on a wedding, and we would not hesitate to recommend Waterton Park for anyone thinking of getting married here. My wife said she wants to do it again !!

First off, the venue is gorgeous. It's very well kept, it's very green and healthy and lots of great areas for photos. We fell for this venue very shortly after seeing it.
We dealt mostly with Pauline and Olivia for the organisation of the wedding; they always replied promptly, and their replies always answered the query. They were also really friendly and nice to deal with. After seeing a few other venues and generally talking to other people and looking online, the price to hire this venue is great value. Unsure if we just got very lucky with the deal we got, but it was great and included a healthy base of guests, to which extras could be added on.
We had the ceremony in the Waterton Suite on the first floor, and it looked great. It was a great size with room for more guests than we had (64, including us). The sound travels well, so no issues with guests at the back hearing the vows.
We then had reception drinks outside. Luckily, we had good weather on our side! Everyone enjoyed it - the island is just really picturesque, so great for photos, and it is a very calm environment. The canapes were also very tasty and the staff were very friendly and polite. Pauline put aside food just for us, as we were busy with photos and stuff. It was great to know we had food waiting.
We then had the 'breakfast' in the same room as the ceremony, which was changed to accommodate this; again, it looked great. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. The flow of food was also great, from after my speech and between the courses.
The reception was then in the boathouse downstairs, which honestly was so good! We had a live band and they sounded great in the room. We had ~90 guests in the evening, and the area was comfortably full, plenty of room for people who didn't want to be on the dancefloor or needed a break outside on the decking over the moat, but full enough where it felt like a party!
We were well looked after the whole day and everything went so smoothly, which we can only thank them for!

Honestly, we can’t thank Pauline, Liv and the team enough for giving us the day of our dreams. We fell in love with Waterton as soon as we saw it and booked there and then, along with a few of their preferred suppliers. The whole day went perfectly, although way too fast. The food was amazing, everyone commented how lovely it was and how beautiful everything was.

Pauline was great and made sure all the planning and build up was stress free as well as making the wedding day run smoothly. Food was amazing and all guests enjoyed it. We 100% recommend Waterton Park for a wedding, you would not be disappointed!

From start to finish Pauline and Olivia have been at hand if I had any questions for my big day at Waterton Park, however small, nothing was an issue. They were there with me throughout the day and did a lovely handover for the person that will be looking after us for the wedding breakfast and then for the reception. The whole staff at Waterton were truly lovely and their customer service is 5 stars! The food was amazing and they made our day so magical. If I could do it all again, I would choose Waterton Park every time, not just for the venue but every employee that was on duty that day and helped in making our day that much more special.

The venue is even more beautiful in person and the friendly bubbly team added that extra factor! So pleased we found this gem for our day which was perfect.

They handled last-minute changes with grace and kept us stress-free, allowing us to savour every moment. Our guests raved about the professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth of the staff.
