Facilities and Capacity
Voco Hotel Reading has multiple indoor event suites ideal for intimate weddings. One of their options is the private dining room, Cilantro, which can host wedding breakfasts with up to 70 seated guests. Inside features a rustic, moody aesthetic to cover your celebration in a stylish light. You and your guests will be welcome to use the Champagne Bar for your drinks reception and a private breakout area for a more intimate setting. Also available is the Atrium bar and brasserie-style restaurant, seating up to 160 guests Le Café, for a more relaxed, down-to-earth atmosphere. If you're planning a larger celebration, the hotel team has a partnership with Lagoona Park and can work with you to arrange a marquee wedding for up to 150 guests. In addition, the hotel features over 200 in-house guest bedrooms, including a variety of suites and family rooms, for you and your loved ones to enjoy a relaxing overnight stay. Put on your dancing shoes the Jazz Club is right next door to us, or book Cilantro as a night club takes up to 70 guests. Larger parties can go for the Stadium next door with the Princess Suite holding up to 380 for a sit down celebration.

That’s why we’re delighted to offer you preferential room rates for your guests with a 20% discount on our best available bed and breakfast rates, based on one or two adults sharing a room on the night of your wedding. Discounts offered will be subject to availability and terms and conditions will apply. With show stopping suites in our hotel, and large family rooms we have the perfect space for the happy couple to spend their wedding night. All our rooms offer magnificent views ,we try to anticipate everything to make sure your stay with us goes as smoothly as possible, from the practical things like an ironing board and tea and coffee facilities in every room, to special touches like the bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries.
New for 2024 Pol Roger Champagne Terrace opening May 2024 by the Le Café seating up to 30 guests standing 50 guests.
We have 201 rooms including 10 Suites and 40 family rooms, our family rooms have two king sized beds and a sofa rollaway. Plus we have a health club with a indoor pool Sauna, Steam room and and Gym. Free parking for all guests and now we have car charging points.
