Myself and Simon just wanted to send you a message to say thank you again for all your help with our wedding planning and to all the staff for providing such a special day for us! It was everything, and more, that we hoped for and everything went to plan, we really did have a perfect day!

We hope you had a lovely Christmas and new year! We will definitely be back for a hotel stay during the year :)

just a huge thank you for all your help and patience without you I wouldn’t have got my special day ,so for that I can’t thank you enough, and a huge thank you for help with my dress when we got back to the hotel from the church it was much appreciated 🤣 , everyone has commented how lovely the food was and how great the staff were it was just the best day ever and I’m so glad we got to have our day in the hotel as it was just perfect! having breakfast with everyone the next morning was lovely aswell as we got to spend that little bit longer with family members we hadn’t got much chance to be with on the night , once again thank you so much for an amazing day

Hi Karen, Hayley,
Just wanted to send an email just to thank you both for everything you have done for us on the lead up to the wedding and on the wedding day.
The day went perfect from your end, any problems we did run into ie black drapes Hayley was right there sorting it out for us. We really do appreciate everything you have all done for us, Karen, Hayley, the general manager (I’m really sorry I forgot his name) yous 3 alone stood out for us. Hayley you was fantastic on the big day (and before) you made me feel so relaxed because I knew you had it all under control. Thank you for carrying the back of my dress for me :) thank you for running back and forth sorting the black table skirts out but thank you for being you!! But also all of the staff, the bar staff the that was there on the night helping and serving with a smile nothing was to much trouble, the housekeepers who again every single one we came across had a smile on there faces, there doing a fab job. The reception team who probably got fed up of seeing my face but again nothing was to much trouble for them, the bar staff in the court bar, the staff in the restaurant, every single one of you who work there who we crossed paths with from Friday-Sunday was brilliant. You all made us feel so welcome. My new Hubby (sounds strange still) over heard 2 ladies saying that they loved our wedding set up theme and was one of the best they had seen so thank you it put a smile on our faces. I won’t bore you anymore with a long email but honestly every single one of you individually have smashed it. There is a lot more I could say bout how brilliant you all are but I’ll leave it there, I’ll be sure to do my review on trust pilot. 10/10 keep up the good work guys! We’re on about coming back for our first anniversary already

I would like to take this opportunity of giving you our sincere thanks for the success of our special day. From our initial meeting over 1 year ago you have demonstrated the professionalism that gave us the confidence that our big day was going to be a success. We were correct in that assumption. Everything from the initial meet and greet, table decoration, food, and waiter service all went like clockwork. Everyone who attended our big day were unanimous in their praise for the venue and all the staff that contributed to the day. Please give our thanks to all your colleagues for all their hard work.

We held our wedding celebration here in July 2023. Karen and her team were excellent. They were extremely helpful throughout the planning leading up to the event, and couldn't have been more helpful on the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble. The Elgar suite provided an ideal location. It was a good layout with a sperate bar and toilets for our guests. The hot buffet provided was delicious. Our thanks go to the chef. I can not commend them all too highly. Thank you Karen, and the all the team.

What an absolute fantastic day it was just the way we wanted it. Everyone said how beautiful the food was everything was perfect start to finish and we can’t thank you enough. I’d like to do it again it was that perfect
