Having never previously visited, I was concerned that it might be overpriced and over-hyped. Not a bit of it. The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful, everything was organised to perfection, the food was excellent, the spa, gym and pool areas are terrific, all the staff were very polite, attentive and efficient, and this all contributed to an outstandingly enjoyable day for all concerned.
All in all, I can thoroughly recommend Carden Park, for weddings, golf stays, or just a romantic weekend away.
Also having my 84 year old mum there meant so much especially as I lost my dad 4 years ago.
The room was beautiful and everyone had the most wonderful day. Jack the toast master and person that stayed on site for our wedding was also amazing and couldn't do enough for us which made our day run really smoothly.
