Sarah & Mike's Wedding Story
Mike and Sarah got married at Moreton Church before heading over to The Reid Rooms for their reception.
Sarah had decided not to have bridal preparation shots so I went straight to the White Hart Inn Moreton where the guys were getting ready. After a few Whisky’s to calm the nerves they made the short walk to the church.
Mike and Sarah had asked me to document the day in a natural way but also wanted some of my signature creative light night images so the smoke grenades came out. I found a lovely old weeping willow tree which added a bit of depth to the images.
We also did a big group sparkler shot, we lined up the guests to form a tunnel for the couple to walk through with everyone waving sparklers. This is a shot that really captures everyone’s attention and so much fun to shoot.
This wedding was a lot of fun, everyone was up for a laugh and getting some really cool images. You can see more on the blog on my website. Mike is actually a magician so spends a fair bit of time working at weddings himself.
