Three unique bars to choose from to fit any size of wedding. We have our showstopper horsebox wagon the Original bar, our charming horsebox trailer Amelie's or our Vintage indoor bar, Tipsy's. All our bars are fully kitted with draught pumps and fridges!
The Original bar is the only pub on wheels in the country. Step inside to a wood panelled, tiled bar before sitting under our awning.

Check out our extras, we've got and artist commissioned Beer Pong table, Vintage Pimp your drink station and plenty of wooden Lawn games to choose from, even tug'o'war!

Perfect bar, perfect wedding!
Nick & Lily and the rest of the team at the White Label Bar were absolutely amazing!
Super quick to respond following first enquiry, and gave a fantastic impression at our very first zoom meeting … we were lucky enough to get first dibs on Amélie’s Bar, a small horse box bar named after their daughter :-)
Great listeners, and worked really hard to source local beers, ciders and some superb wine choices!
The bar was decorated beautifully, and they brought a gazebo for the pimp your own drink / pimms station as well as some extra tables for us.
They even managed to get the draught beer and cider installed just before our wedding day.
Professional, friendly and really personally tailored uniquely for our day, you could genuinely tell that they care and love what they do!
All guests had a fantastic time, couldn’t have hoped for better service, would definitely use them again as first choice for future events !!

The whole team at White Label Bar were outstanding from the outset. Communication was clear and concise and they executed everything brilliantly. Nick was absolutely amazing! From our initial calls with him explaining our vision to all his support on the day, and even afterwards making sure everything was perfect for us. Exceptional from start to finish
Nick and the team were absolutely incredible. The bar is so beautiful and suited our venue like it was made for it. We got so many compliments on it, the drinks were great, they accommodated us requesting a local brewery so we even had a local ale on tap. They couldn’t have been more friendly and professional, excellent communication throughout. We also got the beer pong table and it was so beautiful (which we weren’t expecting!) beautifully decorated by an artist, it was the classiest beer pong I’ve ever seen. The toast drinks were also great. Only regret is not getting any photos in there! Thank you so making our day so wonderful.

Wedding bar hire
We hired the large horse box bar, Giant Jenga and tug of war rope ( which our guests loved) We opted to have welcome drinks provided too.
We were able to personalise the side of the bar with pictures and bunting, it also came with pullout awning, tables and benches which were super helpful.
It was fun and quirky, our guests all commented on how great it was - not just an ordinary bar.
Nick provided us with 5* service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. He helped us select a great bar menu and his communication was fantastic.

Meet the Owner
Hi there, thanks for stopping by. White Label Bar started because my wife (Lily) and I couldn't find a bar we liked for our festival style wedding back in 2019. We acquired an old vintage Mercedes horse wagon and set about building the most unique 'pub on wheels' wedding bar we could think of. It was never meant to be a business but we loved the process so much we decided to give up our normal 9-5 jobs and throw ourselves at our own little business. Along with my father-in-law (John) we have now added Amelie's bar, named after our first child who was born during the build, and Tipsy's, named after our cat, to our 'fleet'. I love a wedding and I pride myself of making sure the bar is personalised to what my couples are looking for. No idea is too crazy, we've done, happy hours, his and her cocktails, syringe shots you name it we'll try it. Come and talk to us and lets make sure that you have the bar that makes your wedding stand out as one to remember for yourselves and all your guests.
