Favourite feature: Modern styling in a historic setting.

Key facts: Located in the heart of Digbeth in Birmingham, made up of many historic buildings including a chapel dating back to 1870, all converted for weddings for up to 150 guests. Featured in Vogue three times, an entire events team on hand and courtyards and gardens for wedding photos.

3. The Bond

Favourite feature: Canal-side location.

Key facts: A quirky venue for couples looking for something different. Restored historic building, can hold up to 100 guests, large canopy area for photos, on-site parking and discounts available. Award-winning wedding venue also in the heart of Digbeth.

4. Unique Venues Birmingham

Favourite feature: A stage (yes, you can get married on stage).

Key facts: UVB is a modern and creative environment with seating for up to 240 guests! Outdoor terrace, license till 4am, theatrical props available for weddings, licensed for civil ceremonies. The perfect venue for dramatic, artsy couples!

Favourite feature: Flexibility (10 event spaces!).

Key facts: Luxury four star hotel, 319 rooms, restaurant, bar, on-site spa. Dedicated events team, 10 different spaces for weddings for 10 to 300 guests! Personalise wedding menu through on-site catering, well-equipped for Asian weddings too.

Favourite feature: Fantastically affordable packages.

7. The Old Library at Zellig

Favourite feature: A literary wedding for bookworm couples.

Key facts: Converted Victorian library, last of the original free libraries in Birmingham built in 1866, located in the heart of Digbeth, licensed for ceremonies for up to 150 people, open to weddings seven days a week, capacity for up to 230 evening party guests and a Library bar with literary themed cocktails.

Favourite feature: In the city but…in the country.
