Terrible scam of a company. Nadia was all helpful until we paid the deposit then never heard from her again. We were promised a sit down service to go through everything and plan our wedding but once we paid she said this would all be extra and it wasn’t included in our package. We were put under so much pressure to put down a deposit as she kept saying the other couple is about to put down theirs like it was a competition. A month after paying the deposit we changed our minds as she was adding on lots of extra costs and everything promised was all a lie. They refused to give us our deposit of £750 back even though it was over a year notice in advance and due to sickness in my family we wouldn’t be able to have a destination wedding anymore. I told them they have so much demand for that hotel apparently so they should have no problem filling up our dates with this much notice. We did a chargeback claim which they now also have the audacity to dispute and we are in an ongoing battle with them.
Please dont use this company once they have your money they will not care.
