Stepping into Wynyard Golf Club really feels like you have escaped from the hustle and bustle. The setting is a haven of tranquillity away from it all.
Our location, surrounded by trees and woodland means that in the Summer months the grounds are perfect for drinks on the terrace in the sunshine or enjoyed during the warmth of the day, from a shady spot on the veranda. Winter & Spring Winter weddings are just as spectacular. Our luxury venue offers panoramic views across the parkland and golf course, so no matter what the weather you and your guests can take in the breath taking scenery, enjoy the atmosphere and imagine your wedding here with us.
Thanks to our license we can offer civil ceremonies in our fabulous setting, where you can spend the entire day at Wynyard Golf Club. Guests can relax and mingle whilst you take advantage of the grounds to pose for some stunning wedding photographs; all in one place with no hassle or upheaval.
Our Wellington Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for your wedding breakfast. The Dukes Suite which overlooks the golf course is perfect for smaller intimate weddings and seats up to 40 guests. The Wellington Suite can be used for your civil ceremony which can seat up to 100 guests. We do have an alternative suite available for smaller ceremonies, please contact us for further information.

Our Wedding and Events Coordinator, Jade, was very friendly and approachable and she helped ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible.
We had a three course wedding breakfast and all our guests commented on the food and how tasty it was. The evening food was great too!
Jade really took the time to understand what we envisioned from our big day and really worked to bring our vision to life. She was attentive and detail orientated and because of this, things ran fluidly.
We really did have the most perfect day and couldn't have wished for a better venue.

From the moment of booking I received communication throughout. Our coordinator Jade, was accessible all all times and her professionalism shone throughout our planning period.
I had a vision of how I wanted my day and a theme for the wedding itself and Jade along with the staff team delivered this exceptionally.
The day itself was coordinated to perfection, no ask was too big for any of the staff, my guests have all commented on how well the day went this was a huge relief for myself as you could call me a bit of a control freak.
The Wedding breakfast and evening meal was beautiful again I have received many compliments.
The venue provides adequate grounds for beautiful photographs.
Magnum Entertainment who provided our DJ through our Wynyard Golf Club wedding package were brilliant, all of my guests have commented on the fantastic dj!

Jade was our wedding coordinator and she was fabulous from day one, listened to everything we wanted and how the rooms were to be set up, and she actually exceeded in making everything just perfect. We honestly can't thank you enough, the day went smooth and we are so grateful for all you did.
I highly recommend for all who want something good quality, a beautiful venue, excellent service and reasonably priced packages that don't blow the budget.
