The staff at the venue were really helpful, they answered my many many questions. They were very accommodating and made adjustments for me. I would definitely recommend the venue to other brides !

Everything went beautifully.
So, what is important to a bride and groom on their wedding day?
Venue- spotlessly clean, grounds are lovely.
The Town Hall has a traditional feel to it - rooms with age to them that made the tone of the ceremony seem proper.
There are extras on offer like drinks and snacks for guests while they were waiting but we didn't choose them.
The Saxon Hall (which we hired) has lots of rooms - one for bride to get ready in etc. Staff excellent- listened to everything we wanted and Maxine also offered ideas which worked well.
Budget - we used local companies for food and we also sourced plates, glasses etc etc from our local charity shop.
We didn't have the usual DJ set up - instead we made our own Spotify list and that worked really well - again, Maxine showed us how to set everything up.
There was plenty of room for our singer.
Tables were set up as we asked - they looked amazing.
We didn't really have a budget but we are not the type of people to blow thousands on our big day.
We used a local girl for our photography- again, she caught the essence of the day which was love, happiness, family.
We bought our decorations from Shein
Food was chippy lunch (called a wedding breakfast) from Hill Street fish and chip shop and they also supplied pizzas in the evening.
We had around 50 guests and the feedback we got was that was an amazing day.
Because it's a Town Hall (with Saxon Hall next door) you are able to have the whole day without driving anywhere - car park holds enough cars for your guests.
There are usually lots of dates available to get married at The Town Hall- we chose 6th July - this is a peak date but did not cost any extra.

The whole day was filled with love and was truly magical.

We had our wedding booked at the town hall Raunds, as my partner is local and lived the idea of being in a building with so much history and a major part of the town too. We initially made contact through the website, which was easy and straightforward. We were then contacted by Nicola whom helped us through all the next stages until the big day. The venue was lovely the way it was set out and organised by Nicola and the team there. A truly memorable day and the perfect start to the celebrations for the day. When looking for wedding venues we were looking for something simple as we are having a small wedding and Raunds town hall had it all. Nicola was very friendly and gave us all the information and it was so easy to book.
