Please think twice when booking at this venue in derby. They just care about the money nothing else, and will not cater to your needs.

Brilliant, bald and stunning

Went to a close family pre wedding party and straight away noticed all the drinking glasses and wine glasses were filthy dirty, every glass on our table had lipstick marks on the rims, and all of them had dried water marks on not polished at all, and they were all sticky to the touch, and some glasses still had dried food stains on them, disgusting in my opinion. Also found a table cloth with lipstick marks on it. Customer service from majority of the waiting staff was shocking as when we tried to call them for service they deliberately ignored us and walked facing there heads in the other direction, it was blatant ignorance, not what is expected from waiting staff in general. Once we addressed the owner regarding these issues he was coming out with lame excuses as to why it was this way even when I explained there is no excuse for this level of poor customer service in the food service industry. Every table should be quality checked before the guests arrive, not after the guests make complaints. Definitely would not book this for any function let alone go back there for any function.
