The stress of covid and wondering if your actually getting married or not is stressful. However my wedding coordinator has always replied when she could and put my mind at ease

To Charlotte, we just wanted to say a massive thank you for absolutely everything from meeting you at the start when we booked our wedding to everything in between and on our big day. You put so much time and effort into making sure our day was perfect. And it was, it was more than perfect and we can not thank you enough. Everything was above and beyond anything we had ever dreamed of. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts. To Devon we also just wanted to say thank you for making our day so special. You and your team went above and beyond anything we could have expected. You are all such lovely people and it shone through in everything you did, thank you for helping us make such special memories to last a lifetime. To Stephen (chef), a massive thank you and your team for all the beautiful food on our wedding day. Every single guest said how wonderful the food was, we couldn't have asked for any better and you also made our day so special, lots of love Mr & Mrs Fordham

To Charlotte, I can not put into words how grateful we are for everything you have done to make our big day as special as it was. It was everything and more to how I wanted things to go. It was fun, classy and definitely not dull. You thought of every little thing and went above and beyond your job role. I can't thank you enough also for my amazing birthday treats as well.I have been made to feel so special for the past few days, all our love Kirsty & Simon.

To all the staff, thank you for making our day perfect. I know the day was going to be awesome, but on the day it was even better so don't have the words to describe Saturday 20th July at The Grand Hotel Gosforth Park Hotel. This is down to the staff who all made sure it went smoothly, so well organised. Including Charlotte who made the right decisions when advising. To Charlotte, Stephen & Team, Thank you for making the start of our 'happy ever after' so amazing. From the moment of the booking we were kept in the loop every stage, any changes and new ideas. The night before when myself and some of the bridal party checked in we were all looked after. A private dining room for an evening meal was set up, waiter and waitress always checking on us, we even received a glass of prosecco of them and the food was beautiful (thank you to the chef). When we went through to the bar, the staff were even checking on us. The big day - wow. It was just magical, seeing everything put together was just amazing from start to finish. Again thanks to the chef for the amazing food, the waitress was amazing with the kids who wanted to help her tidy up, she allowed this and even paid them in chocolate money, she also informed me I had the funniest craziest guests she had met. Charlotte I couldn't have asked for a better, nicer wedding coordinator. You listened to what we wanted, gave us idea's with our theme. From start to finish you were there, amazing job and we worked great together. Thank you for the cards and bottles on arrival and the night of our wedding. Stephen, what can I say, what a guy! You helped me keep up with my calmness haha. Showing me each of the rooms before the guests entered, forever checking on us throughout the day to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Everyone said they had a great night and that's thanks to you two, love from Mr & Mrs Cutter.

We have just had our wedding here and it honestly couldn't of been any more perfect! Jane and Charlotte are amazing at helping us organise it and nothing was a bother or too much! Steven and Devon who looked after us on our wedding day were brilliant! Everything ran smoothly and made it such a stress free amazing wedding! We couldn't be anymore happy with the way we've been treated!
