At Frieda and the Moon we specialize in bespoke small weddings, special anniversaries and mini-moons, and handfasting ceremonies, with accommodation in our glorious Cornish Tin Tabernacle or spectacular Observatory. Our guests often remark that we have exceeded their expectations in creating a “perfect little place” – secluded, quirky, romantic, and luxurious.
We know that the magic comes from curating an exceptional experience that reflects and celebrates your personal story. Frieda and the Moon is a small scale operation, so there are just a small team looking after your planning and the wedding itself — “small is beautiful!”
Our licenced wedding venues are: The Studio, a beautiful timber framed sanctuary with Italianate ceiling, oak floors, wood burning stove, and the most gorgeous stained glass feature — The Ocean Window; The Circular Lawn - with far reaching views over the Cornish countryside; and The Hornbeam Circle, a magical candlelit grove in the nearby woods — for an unforgettable tryst at twilight — your special vows to each other in nature.
