We can’t thank our wedding venue enough for the amount of support and help on picking more than just the venue as I had no clue as my mum had just passed away. Therefore I would like to thank Ebony for making me feel comfortable and feel that I am capable of organising a wedding she even showed me websites for dresses and everything you would need for a wedding. Just overall fantastic support and services given so far in the planning of our wedding.

Danny and I booked our wedding in 2017 for April 2020 at a different venue, we they had to rearrange due to Covid 3 times, the venue was good and we understood it wasn’t there fault it was an unfortunate situation that many brides had. Our 4th attempt would be of been Oct 2022. In March 22 we found on Facebook of another bride who’s venue was the same that they were taking the marquee’s down due to the council, again we understood wasn’t there fault. When we called them to get our money back the told us they were not doing refunds at that time, engender though we paid over £9500 for a venue that no longer existed they would not give us our money back, we are taken legal action.
This left a bad taste in my mouth about getting married, I wanted to get married since I was a little girl, I loved all things weddings. I had dreamed of my big day since before I saw Danny on one knee. 5years I had waited already I thought what was the point.
Then we saw Cheshire Woodland Weddings and thought we had nothing to lose let’s go look around.
I was in love the whole thing. I wish I would of found this place originally and maybe I wouldn’t of had as much heat break (I know Covid still would of ruined it but maybe would of could a different way). The place is beautiful, the ceremony is in a forest which is breathtakingly beautiful then they have a very cute little outdoor bar set up for drinks, the evening is in the most spectacular barn. The vibe is so chilled and I started to get excited again. The staff were so lovely and understanding of our situation and gave us the dates they could do with the cost. We paid our deposit within two weeks of viewing the venue. Loved it.
The venue cost include the hire for full day, even has a little dressing room for the bride to touch up before the ceremony, it has a small picnic area and band stand next to a little pond complete with fountain.
It also includes 2manned activities and some all day activities.
The manned can be archery, axe throwing, air riffle, Segway etc.
All day, mini golf, lawn games, low ropes adventure etc.
We are massive Harry Potter and Disney fans that want to show this in our wedding. We could not believe that a owl will bring our rings down the aisle include in the cost.
And also include, before the food is served Danny and myself get to take part, with all our guest sat watching, in a falconry show!
So much for your money!
This place is beautiful and I can’t wait for my day to finally get here! Am so excited!
I would recommend this venue to anyone! It is breathtaking! And such a steal of a price for everything you get!

We had our wedding at Cheshire Woodland Weddings end of April 2023. It was a brave move with good old British weather, but fortunately the weather was kind for us bar a 30 minute shower. It actually added to our day! The team provided everyone with ponchos while we watched the falconry display, the pictures of this are amusing to look back on and it didn’t spoil it one bit.
The team couldn’t do enough. Everything was perfect from start to finish, guests were still talking about our wedding weeks later. Thank you for making our wedding perfect! Jacqui and Dan

I cannot say enough how AMAZING Cheshire woodland weddings is - whilst we were bound to have the best day ever we have had so many of our guests saying to us that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been too. Not only was it beautiful, but our guests (and us) loved that activities and all the special touches that the venue made. Ebony our coordinator was absolutely incredible and I can’t praise highly enough the whole team. I would recommend to anybody to have their wedding here!
