Information For All Saints Centre

All Saints Centre is a beautiful cotswold stone building with a Suite for receptions of up to 150 guests.

The Weston Suite and Main Kitchen will be available for your use all day. The price includes all crockery, cutlery, rectangular tables and chairs that you think you will need. The hall can hold about 150 people sat banquet style and more for the evening party. There are also additional rooms available to hire that could be used as a bar, children’s room or quiet space. As well as this we have a grass area directly outside the large foyer which would be suitable for a small marquee to be put up. There will also be someone to help set up and two members of staff to clear up after the reception has ended at 11pm. You can set up on the Friday afternoon/evening at an agreed time. We may be able to make arrangements to store some items in another room for collection on Sunday but the main hall will need to be clear and clean at the end of Saturday evening. Our staff will stay to assist with the clear up until 1am if required. It is the job of the caterers to completely clean the kitchen and all crockery and cutlery and leave the kitchen as they found it.

The hire also includes our licence for the consumption and sale of alcohol on the premises (We do not charge for corkage).

The quality of our venue is much closer to a hotel function suite rather than a standard community centre. However, we do allow the flexibility of being able to bring in the caterers of your choice and provide for your own drinks requirements. We also allow decoration of the Suite with bunting and fabric etc.
