I am an alternative, fun loving , creative, informal wedding photographer with now over 1000 amazing weddings behind me.
The accent is on documenting your day from the informal to the fun & madness. I record moments that happen quickly, and not so much over staged images.
Making style informal, Fresh and Creative with a little bit of extra punch.
Photographing weddings, is exciting and totally absorbing, capturing moments and documenting the emotion, party, speeches and night shots, but also smaller details, table settings, food, clothing.
Our initial plan will give you a full days photography from bridal prep, all the way through the day until the party shots into the evening.
Images are fully optimised for quality and shot in both colour and black & white, before being downloaded to a USB memory stick.
There are other exciting options for bespoke wedding albums.
I cater for creative fun loving independent couples who really value photography and are looking for a great all around experience both on the day and reviewing their images.

I really enjoy working in many areas, shooting wide ranging wedding commissions from the Amalfi Coast in Italy, Ireland, and South Africa through to the Ritz Hotel, Claridges Hotel, London Eye, Royal Society of Arts, The Savoy Hotel, Sandhurst military academy.
To the South East with its numerous Castles, Stately Homes, Barns and Hotels.

During our search we really wanted something creative and informal, not just endless pretty pictures, looking at the camera or worse endlessly at each other, almost the same pose in a romantic haze!. for us that's dated.
In truth you have given us something to look at over and over again,
we can just see so much going on from the personalities through the evenings events, and your patience, how do you get to be so relaxed when we're quaking in our boots : )

I work in the media balancing copy for magazines and books with an active home life, I've seen literally hundreds of photographers of all descriptions, shapes and sizes over the years so choosing our photographer for our special day way was more than a project.
Nigel was our choice, not only is he friendly and approachable but knows his onions, we have so many different things going on within our album, from the emotive through to some crazy wedding party antics, each facet of the day seemed to be recorded well, nothing was too much trouble, he seemed to be juggling with guests cameras in addition to his own on occassion.
At the end of the day we know the importance of finding a good wedding photographer, as far as we're concerned, Nigel is one of the best out there.
You have managed to capture the essence of our wedding, with absolutely no boring chocolate box images (Thank goodness) , but well thought out informal and at time very funny stuff.
