We are industry award winning wedding photographers based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and living in such a big, vibrant city, we’ve seen pretty much everything. We are recommended suppliers to Woodlands Hotel on the edge of the city, Healds Hall in Liversidge, Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa in Leeds and The Moorlands in Halifax. We’ve featured in The Yorkshire Post, The Halifax Courier, New York’s Bridal Guide online editorial and UK bridal magazine Love Our Wedding. We’ve also appeared on local radio station Radio Aire FM as photographers for their charity organisation Cash For Kids. We cover every part of the UK and destination weddings abroad, but every single one is special. From the smallest of venues to stately homes, castles and everything in between, there isn’t a wedding without emotion, laughter and the small important details which bring your day together.
It is our aim to capture all these moments with our unique and creative style of wedding photography. To go above and beyond expectations and give you something beautiful to look back on once your day has long gone. As professional wedding photographers, we understand how important your day is and that it can never be recreated. Once the dust has settled and all the stress of planning such a big occasion is over, your wedding photos become as priceless as the memories you have of the day itself.
We offer a huge variety of optional extras to complement our wedding photography, such as pre wedding/engagement shoots, beautifully designed bespoke wedding albums made in various materials and finishes, parent and guest albums, framing and enlargements.

It's your day. YOURS. Make it the one you dreamed of. Pick suppliers you feel comfortable with. Research work, reviews and what others are saying on social media about them. You only get one chance.
Ask questions. Lots of questions. In our first year of business we were asked if we had a contingency if we were ill. Important questions need definitive answers. We work with other photographers too!
Budget is everything. Prioritise what it is you feel is most important to you. Keeping within budget will lighten the stress levels but make sure what you do splash out on is worth it.

We used Simon and Rebecca for our wedding on Sunday and we was blown away with how amazing they both were with us. They made us and all the guests laugh and feel so comfortable from start to finish, they went above and beyond to get the best photos for us, Simon was even rolling around on the field getting covered in grass to achieve that. we cant thankyou enough for everything, and would 100% recommend SKL photography to anyone 5* service definately!! :)
Simon and Rebecca was absolutely amazing on the day! They was very professional but made us feel completely at ease!! They both put 100% effort into getting the very best shots they could even in the rainy weather, we especially loved how Simon made everyone laugh and did a great job of rallying all our guest together for group photos. They made sure we got all the photos we wanted. Lots of our guests commented on how great they was and both myself and my new husband agreed choosing SKL photography was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. Honestly cannot recommend enough.
Absolutely amazing...and we've only seen the previews! Both Si and Rebecca are very passionate about what they do and they do it extremely well. The made us feel at ease from the moment they arrived until the end of the night, blending in with the surroundings to give the photos a more natural look rather than staged. We were not blessed weather wise but that didn't stop Si laying on the cold, wet and muddy ground to get the best effect. I would absolutely recommend SKL, the talent, humour and final result was second to none! Thanks again guys, Sarah & James xx
