Apart from being very good at what I do and confident doing it, I enjoy wedding photography because it means meeting lots of people in different environments. I guess you could say every wedding is a bit like a treasure hunt for beautiful photos. Maybe there will be great light, beautiful rooms at the venue, a wonderful cake, or cute kids doing the things kids do. Just like you want beautiful photos, I want to find those fleeting little treasures that happen in front of me and capture them forever....for you.

I've photographed over 125 weddings. I've been in business since 2006. You can read dozens of positive reviews from previous clients I have worked with. I have also been trusted by national and international businesses such as facebook, Scania, Subway etc. Most of the time you will forget I am even at your wedding. Your wedding guests will tell you on the day how polite and pleasant I was to have around and how hard I work.

Top Wedding Tips

Be realistic how many posed group photos you want. On average each group photo can take 4 minutes or more. Do you really want 15 group photos if they are going to take 1 hour?!

Have an engagement shoot. It allows you to work with me and feel comfortable before the big day, as well as get some extra photos to cherish.

The best time for photos and the most enjoyable time is between the ceremony and the reception. Don't make it short! At the meal it's much harder to chat to your guests and the time will rush by.

Being a wedding photographer is more than just having a nice camera and loving what you do. As a photographer, and hopefully YOUR photographer, I also need to be good with people. Great photos happen from getting involved and engaging with you and your guests. Talking to them, joking with them and making them feel comfortable so there is no need for the awkward request to say "cheese!" I am constantly on the lookout for details to photograph, backgrounds to use, backgrounds to avoid, which way the light is falling and the most flattering light. I will also be the person who will get your guests in place for the group photos whilst being direct, but also fun. You need a photographer who will capture your wedding with a smile, know what they are doing, be confident doing it and deliver a beautiful set of images at the end of it, and without waiting for months to see them. That person......that person is ME!
