I contacted Sophie about a bespoke request for an engagement ring, who got back in contact with me very quickly.

I had lots of questions initially, which Sophie was very helpful with and was able to advise on, and therefore gave me valuable information which helped make a decision, without any pressure being applied. In fact any and all questions throughout were answered in great detail and I was encouraged to continue to ask questions when they came up.

I even discussed payment options and Sophie said a payment plan could be set up over a number of months which was very helpful.

It was also arranged for the bespoke ring to be saved and stored with them until I was ready to have this delivered to me to fit in with my plans.

My main concern was that if my partner didn’t like the bespoke ring (but she very much loved it) that I wouldn’t be able to exchange it but Sophie was also helpful here and explained that this would be able to be exchanged.

I received a number of updates as the ring was completed and loved the pictures that I was sent, but loved it even more when I got to see it in person.

Happily my partner said yes, loves the ring and can’t stop looking at it.

I highly recommend using Bow & Co as the service was incredibly and helpful at every step of the journey.

I know we will be coming back to get our wedding bands from them.
