dont know if i want everyone to wear tails. i was thinking just h2b so he stand out. i am going to be stasnding out, so why should all groommen look like him. what are you guys doing.

my h2b and his best man were going towear tails as we all thought they look lovely. but when we went to the shop to try them on they didnt look half as good as the longer style "normal" jacket. the woman advised me that been as there is only the groom and best man they can wear the same. but if there are more to the party then the groom should be different to all the rest.x

Im sticking all mine in the same and going to distinquish the groom by his cravat. If someone at the wedding doesn't realise he's the groom or cant tell people apart then they shouldnt really be at my wedding if you catch my drift.

I have seen all the men in tails, and it looks fab. I've seen them in King Edwards- looks fab. I've seen the groom wear something completely different. But I still think the men should decide.

my h2b is going to have a slightly different suit to the other mean, for the same reason, to stand out a bit. Not sure what yet tho. it doesn't have to be tails there are loads of different styles of suits x
The men in our wedding party are all having tailcoats, groom is having ivory cravat and waistcoat and the rest are having ivory waistcoat red cravat so he will stand ouy x

we are not having any tails just asking the groomsmen to wear a nice suit and we are going to find h2b something new and nice to wear. go with what you like.

Dodge hates tails, so they wont be wearing them! I have to agree, I don't like them either!

I don't mind tails but H2B said he feels like a penguin in them (his brother had them for his wedding, my H2B was usher) I was also winding him up about top hats and he vetoed that too. (I'll look like the fat controller)
To make my H2B different he will be wearing a fuschia cravat and the groomsmen will have fuschia detailing on their waistcoats. If we can't find the waistcoats, we're gunna put the groomsmen in fuschia ties instead. x

I dont know about what the men are wearing or what colour all i know is they are not wearing tails and they are staying in the colour scheme and thats good enough for me and tbh i dont wanna know either x

I love the whole tails, top hat etc etc however in the end h2b found a suit that he loved sooo much he couldnt resist!!!! In order to highlight hiss outfit from the other men he will be wearing a silver tie and they are having purple. H2b will also have a pocket watch hanging down from his waist coat for a little extra bling!!!! xxxx

all the men in my wedding party are wearing tailsuits apart from the pageboys they arn't wearing any jackets just the waistcoat cravat and shirts cos hopefully it will be warm and they won't keep them on long anyway especially my eldest son cos if he gets a little bit warm he starts strippin lol x

Apparantly 60% of brides choose their groomsmens outfits!
Mine's wearing grey tails (the black looked too stark on him) and we chose it together and agreed together - was important so the colours worked on the cravats if nothing else.

My H2B REFUSES to wear a tail!! He is sooo bloomin awkward!! So now no one can wear tails otherwise they'll just look daft! I've tried to tell him that it's normal to wear tails at a wedding, but he said he wants to look "Modern" And "Stylish" LOL x
