I wanted to share info & advice with the brides who are having or thinking of having their wedding in Jamaica. Im planning my wedding there for May 2011 with 40 guests from the UK and will be having a church ceremony with a private villa beach reception to follow. Jamaica is a gorgeous, relatively small island in the caribbean. Home to a culturally diverse mix of people including the well known reggae artist Bob Marley, & musicians Sean Paul & Sean Kingston. It's from the blend of races, love and unity of Jamaica's people comes the term 'Out Of Many One People'. A popular choice for destination weddings & the island has been host to countless weddings for well over 15 years. There are plenty of possible ceremony/reception locations to choose from around the coastline and interior, popular & others are secluded gems!

Not getting married there but will be going there for my honeymoon, both myself and h2b where born out there, so most family member live there, we plan on spending two weeks at my dad's house and go around visiting family, we will also be having a big party to celebrate with our family. and the last week we will be staying a hotel. cant wait as i have not seen my family for over two years. ive been living over here for 11 years now.
