Our theme is black, dark purple and ivory. Can anyone give some suggestions on centrepieces? We want to make these ourselves We wanted purple fish bowls with candles but then realised that our wedding is in the summer and lighting candles at 4pm when the daytime reception begins will be pointless as the effect wouldn't be the same as if lighted at night...help girlies!!!

We have having tall vases with big headed artifical flowers- alternating two purple and two yellow, or two purple and two ivory.

Now a extremely happy German housewife and now a Mother!!!!

At the mo we are having tall thin vases with White and Royal Blue Marabou feathers...all sat on a colour changing light box thing...so the vase changes colours.

I will be having lilac and purple theme, centrepiece is tall vase with single tiger lily. Mirrored glass at botton.
