I have a mixture of so many feelings. I have a horrible feeling in my tummy I cant work out if Im nervous excited or worried or stressed. I think im feeling them all at the one time and I think Im going to explode HELP what can I do lol xx

Iv not had much to eat past few days which I dont think is helping its not like I dont want to eat Iv just had so much to do iv not had time. Im going to get a cup of soup and crisps right now as that is all I can get from the machine in work. xx

take a seat and just concentrate on something, mabye make a mental grocery list, or try doing the alphabet backwards. focus on the mundane to help calm you down xxx

Yeah definately eat something hun as the lack of food will be contributing to your lack of energy etc xxx
A grocery list what is that lol we only buy food as we need it we never seem to go a big shop as such my sister keeps saying to me well seen you dont have any kids as you could not live like that. Im just waiting on my boss coming back to cover my phones then I will go and get something to eat as I am now starving. xx

I found some good tea - I think it's Dr Stuarts or something, and they do a calming one. Really calms me down and settles my stomach...
