We've been let down with our evening buffet and we only have two months until the big day so we're thinking of just doing a simple buffet ourselves.
We're thinking of getting three different cold meats but we're not sure how many kilograms of each we'd need to feed 60 adults and 10 children. Can anyone give us an idea?

Sorry you've been let down with your food :( I'm useless with amounts, but I know I'd have at least one slice of each meat so I suppose weight of 1 slice x 3 then times number of people?

I suppose it depends what else you are having, you can cook big ham and beef joints and slice thin, pasta, cous cous bread rice, all can be cooked a head of time, homemade colslaw, home made quiches etc
