    Hi everyone

This isn't a post so much asking for advice, I think I'm just interested to know what people's experiences are! Not sure if this is meant to be in a different thread so mods please go ahead and move it if it is! ;-)

I started a weight loss group beginning with S (rubbish at disguising names lol) in April last year and I've lost 3 and a half stones. I won our group's Woman of the Year in August and got to target in November. I've been going pretty much every week since. My consultant used to be sooooooo lovely to me, really spurring me on, so friendly and supportive and liking/ commenting on various Facebook posts I made with lovely comments, not just in our FB group but on all my personal ones too. I went through a bit of a rough time in November which was the same time I got to target, and I don't know if either of those triggered it but all of her loveliness stopped literally overnight.

I've nearly stopped going several times because she has made me feel so much like Ishe doesn't really want me there, but I've made very good friends there and don't want to give up, not only that but I want to stay on track for my wedding on August 6th. I haven't lost all of that weight for my wedding to put it all back on in the last couple of months to go! But going to group makes me feel the opposite of what it should, I come home feeling so demoralised that actually I go for the chocolate and everything. I'm trying to be really good this week as it's my hen weekend on Friday and I won't be sticking to plan then!

I decided to have a few weeks break and messaged my consultant saying I'd been struggling for a while and was going to have a break, to which she's not even bothered reply, I'm wondering if a different group might be what I need as I do want to keep going, just feeling so unwelcome is not doing me any favours.

Just out of interest really has anyone else found this - once you get to target you get pushed to the side a bit or is it just in my case? ;-)

Thanks as ever beautiful brides xxxx
