I have been so excited since my H2B asked me to marry him. we have talked, planned, made invites found deals etc and i am going to book the venue next week. everybody has been really supportive and offering to help especially my MIL2B.
However she has started to have digs at us about it..... maybe its too soon...... oh someone cant believe your marrying so young, mind you i cant do anything to stop it......... what if you change your minds???
i love her to bits but she is really niggling me... and to make things worse i am now involved in a family fued tht has nothing to do with me!
My fiance's nain is on her death bed and it is horrible.... i have gotten to know his nain and i love her dearly. When we were talking about the wedding a few weeks a go she suggested we got married on her birthday, but she did explain that this was his auntie's anniversary as they were married on her birthday. But his nain has obviously said something to my MIL2B who has told his aunt. so now i am getting rude messages of his aunt on facebook..... we havent even booked it. i dont want it then either. i want our 26th month anniversarie.
i dont know if i can be bothered if she is going to cause trouble and dig at me.... all i want is to be happy.

it doesnt matter whta anyone else thinks as long as u and h2b are happy and want to get married then go for it dont let any1 put u off. its ur day and u can have it when and how u want. try to relax and enjoy planning ur perfect day xx

I think it's been unfair how you have been dragged into all this bless you :/ Just take a step back from it for a few days, clear your head and go from there.... my advice is to stay happy and do what you and h2b want, it's your day! xx
yeah i know im just a little upset... i have had such a GOOD day. i had a cheque through today so we can book and pay for our venue when it clears on tuesday. but i have had such a BAD afternoon that i have just gone on a total downer and am doubting whether it is worth booking just yet if everyone is arguing.

I have days like this too and wonder if its worth all the hassle of having a big wedding. I sometimes think we should have eloped! and as in your case it always someone else who is stressing me out usually MIL2B who is always interferring with everything. She has even tried to book my makeup lady for herself (I think this was an attempt to get near me on the morning of the wedding). She somehow manages to make everything about her. You just need to remember that it is your wedding and you should do whatever makes you happy. Try not to think about it for a few days and clear your head. Good luck
