Hello, im new to this so hope someone can help me. I have found this dress in an outlet store, but they want a lot of money for it and wont tell me who the designer is. They call it Star. I would like to find out who the designer is so I can have a mooch and see whether its worth me paying over my dress budget for it. I really hope someone can help me please. I have a picture of the dress but I dont know how to attach it?
