Wedding Forum - Questions to ask venue at 2nd planning...

Hi everyone i am due to go to my 2nd planning meeting with the wedding coordinator and just wondering if there is anything in particular i need to be asking i no there is a thread on questions to ask a possible venue but we already have booked but couldn't find one on after you have booked.

So far i have thought of these:

1) Total cost and is V.A.T included ( we have an estimate)
2)The running of the day
3) When can we have our taster session
4) What time does bar close and when do guests need to leave who are not staying over
5) Do we have to pay the shortfall for expected numbers
6) How many staff will be allocated to our wedding
7) What about power failures do you have any back up plans
