So ladies, I've decided to do my own make up and had a brilliant make up trial with a well known brand. But I was not very happy with the mascara that she used. I love my lashes to look big and full, but can anyone suggest a nice waterproof mascara??
Thank you in advance ladies

I'm having rouble finding a suitable mascara (I never wear it normally), and black looks silly on me. I bought a brown one off the Bay, but it looks black to me. Just want a pale one, but can't find one anywhere

I have always used Y$L false lash effect...its BY FAR the best one I have ever used...EVER! i think you should probably try out a few though cos different people always swear by different ones...also when I have had make up done I have always done my own mascara...i find that it usually comes out better when you do it yourself...xx
I have Lancôme hypnose drama mascara in black and it is amazing! The waterproof version does not budge all day and it makes my lashes look amazing! Xxx

My lashes are very short stubby and blonde so I've had the semi permanent lashes put in. Not cheap and need infilling every couple of weeks but they look amazing!

Loreal Architect! No lumps or clumps and gives me the thick eyelashes I love :)

I've decided on lash extensions as my dad's speech is guaranteed to make me bawl my eyes out; I had a trial pair put on last week and they're excellent. I highly recommend instead of mascara :)

CoverGirl Lash Exact, the the one with the blue rim on the stick not the silver rim. It's waterproof and holds up through anything!

I've just bought b@re m1ner@ls one. I wore it all day and it didn't even smudge xx

I'm with CJ, I'll be having lash extensions applied. I've had them a few times and I love them! Xx

I am defo getting lash extensions! im a bawler! so no way can I wear mascara for the ceremony! I don't know if you can wear mascara with them (im so not girlie - totally clueless!) but if you can then il will just put my own YSL mascara on afterwards and hope I can keep it together for the rest of the day! xx

Benefit - They're real! Absolutely amazing mascara and brilliant make-up range. Definitely recommend :) x

I use a mix of two, Naturals by Boots, it's a cheap brand but the brush is perfect for thickening lashes and when I want to extend the length for a night out I add a touch of Benefit "They're Real" to the tips and corners.
The combination works perfect for me :-)

Clinque mascaras are good and very resonable. I would stay away from Chanel mascara. I bought some once and it went all runny and globby and wouldnt go on properly. I was well annoyed.

Have a go at somewhere at boots with the assistants to have a try of different ones and that will save you cost and when you do find the right one you know it will be ok :)
