Hey! Im an October 2015 bride to be :)
What made you change your mind on plans? I changed my reception venue a few month back, which has ultimately saved us close to £8000!
I have a lot booked already, just need suits, fiances ring, to book a room for our evening, get invites and favours organised and to get a photobooth sorted - how are your new plans going?

    Hello

    I'm getting married September 2015 =]

I'm at a loose end because I keep thinking its too early to do certain things.
So far I have booked my venue (I am having everything in one location), I have got fish bowl centrepieces to go on a mirrored plate but have no idea what to put in them. I have everything in ready to make my invitations and favours excepts the sweets which I will buy closer to the time. I am trying to focus on saving at the minute everything is sooo expensive.

    How are your plans going?

    =] xx

Hi ladies. I'm a September 2015 bride (24th). I can't wait. So far I have my venue and photographer and I am currently looking at humanists and hair/make up artists. I'm really lucky as my venue have included a lot in our package (cars, chair covers, centre pieces, accommodation and lots more) I've designed my own save the dates and plan to do my own invites. I'm also going for round 2 wedding dress shopping next week.

Julie - a beach vintage theme sounds amazing, well done for being brave and starting over again. I'm not set on my theme yet, I'm thinking pearls and lace which is quite vintage (not like me at all but for some reason I just liked it for the wedding)

Rachael - what an amazing saving, you must be so pleased. It's scary how quickly it all adds up.

Mrs W..2B..X, I'm exactly like you, I'm finding everything so expensive. There are loads of DIY ideas for fishbowls online. An idea would be to submerge a flower in water and add floating candles on top. You also get lights that you can submerge underneath some pebbles at the bottom so it lights up at night. How are you going about making your own invites?

Hi! I'm a September '15 bride tooo...4th September, cannot wait! I've decided on a beach theme so hoping the weather reflects that lol! so coral dresses for my bridesmaids and pale grey suits for the ushers etc! so far we've booked up the venue, the DJ and a make-up artist and already had my first trial which was amazing! My pinterest is filled up with all sorts of dresses, favours and keepsakes for the wedding party...I've seen so many of the fishbowls with floating candles and they all look amazing! I'm definitely thinking of that idea as well :D xx

JoanneM469 love the idea for the fishbowls thank you I will look into it. I have bought pocketfold wallets from a craft shop online and I am printing the inners myself on pearlised card and adding ribbon and diamante's as an extra touch they are nicer than they sound lol.

almostmrsStimpson mine is the 5th too =] waiting for the pennies is the most frustrating part isn't it lol.

I havnt got a theme I don't think I am creative enough to think of one, my colour scheme is a very deep purple. You's have just reminded my I also have my photographer booked and a photobooth for the evening which should be fun. I am also starting my dress shopping end of june, I cannot wait =].

Love hearing everyone ideas and plans hope everyone's planning is going well =]

    xx
