I'm so bad at decission making! White horses are more traditional but the black shires are so beautiful and have so much shine to their coats. I really don't know what to choose, am worried black will look too like a funeral rather than a wedding!

Black ones look more clean and more shnazzzy I think lol! I'd defo go for black :) Can't you put a little bit of ribbon to match your colour theme on them somewhere.. I knew someone who did that and it looked lovely!! :)

Well white would be the more traditionally weddingy - but personally I would always go for the black!

Thing is, theres nothing traditional about my wedding - civil service, red wedding dress etc! The company I'm using put flowers to match your theme on the carriage and theres loads of different coloured carriages to choose from. I definitely prefer the black, they just look so beautiful but I was worried about a comment 2 of the brides made on 4 weddings the other day about them looking like funeral horses!

If they are brightened up with flowers and colour carriages, it will no way look funeralish. The black horses coats are so shiny compared to the white. x

Like you said your not going for the 'traditional' wedding so go for what suits you best!! :)

I was brought up with horses, and had a black horse and she was beautiful so I would say black every time - they will look stunning near your dress. x

Also... G.I..do you really, really care if someone thinks they look like Funeral horses? Gotta say the only time I see horses looking like funeral horses are when they are pulling the dearly departed!
