If I don't have them, will it look bare? I want a U shape layout but not sure if the hotel will be able to do that. I was just going to have balloons instead? I don't know if it will look like much thought has gone into it. Someone suggested that I have centerpieces on every other table and balloons on the ones in between, but when it comes to the evening they will be setting up more tables for the rest of the guests which will just be bare anyway so i don't really see the point at all ??

Personally I think it is nice to have a centrepiece but not necessary so don't have them if you don't want to :)

I've seen companies that do balloon centre pieces, they can look really nice. You need to go for what you want and what you think will look right for your wedding.

We're having tall centrepieces, as I think it will make people who don't know each other feel more comfortable that they don't have to stare across the table at each other lol

i am having candlearbras as they go with my theme but i have been to a few weddings where there havent been centrepirces as much some had herb pots in the middle or the table number in a pot with pebbles etc. I think it is what ever you feel comfortable with really.

I'd like fish bowls, though unsure on having flowers or candles etc inside! .. too much choice!

I'm having just balloons. Flowers aren't really my thing, and i didn't want to spend a fortune on fishbowls that i would never use again. I did think about having retro sweets, but then decided to have a sweet table. It's your decision xx
