Hi can anyone help me we want my son and daughter to do a reading or poem at the church but can find anything short can anyone help

Could they maybe read a psalm. On the c of e website they have readings that are appropriate for weddings. I dont think they are that long, so maybe it could be manageable for a child. If your not c of e your chosen religion might have a similar website. X

How old are your children? I'd have a look on the popular search engine Wanted my daughter to do a reading but she'll be 4 1/2 and has delayed speech so it's not going to happen :( xx

my son will be 6 or 7 depending on the month and my daughter 4 so it will be my son doing the reading unless my daughter memorises part of it
