    but nowadays its acceptable to ask them to or give them the option to do their own
    im not paying for my bridemaids
    im doing their hair as im a hairdresser but they have the option to have make up done or do it themselves xx

    I've asked them,if not they can attempt to do it themselves as we still all need to be together on the morning anyway and it's only £20 pp x

    Ok thanks ladies! I am happy to pay for their hair, haven't asked how much it is but it's my regular hairdresser and I know it won't be a fortune and mum said she would help.

    But can't decide what to do abut make up really!

    I've said I will pay for their hair ,an with make up, Ive said they can either do their own or its £25/30 (depending on who I go with) they are both happy with that, 1 has said she will drf get her make up done as shes not very confident doing hers, and she wants to be confident with the pictures. Other is undecided at mo!

    I'm working to a really tight budget so in basically telling my bridesmaids they have a set amount of money eg 100 each so if there dress is say 60, shoes 20 then the rest can be put towards hair/nails or makeup. X

    Ah that makes sense actually! I got my bridesmaids dress very cheap and I, really happy with them! So don't mind spending a but more on hair and make up if I need to,

    I have a feeling one of my bridesmaids is going to drop out very soon......

    Ours are doing their own, as we don't care about a uniform look.

    I want all their hair to be the same so happy to pay for that. Just really don't know about makeup. I don't want anything excessive! But. I spoke to the hairdresser and she said their beautician would be in and could sort something out for everyone,
