What about getting married sooner ... Then on your forst anniversary having your blessing ?

If not then STOP thinking about it .. Set your self targets .. My daughter has put on a lot of weight since starting uni ...she has asked her dad to give her 3mths gym membership for Christmas .... She has bought scales,taken all her measurements and entered them on a spread sheet ( she's like that ) .

You don't have to do gym ..you could plan routes to walk..making them longer each time or increasing the times you do the circuit .

Make soups from the reduced veg in supermarkets and freeze portions , will fill you up, be really good for you plus most of your 5a day

Join my fitness pal, deal with issues making you want to over eat, exercise will power and exercise in general. Gym can be great fun... especially classes and time travelling to and from and at is time not eating and just burning calories. Plus exercise releases happy hormones band vigorous exercise suppresses appetite.I can't see original post but I assume it's about weight loss...
