Hi as some of use might know my theme is like a cinderella/fairytale theme, colours being light blue and my centerpiece the rose and glass jar from the beauty and the beast (the rose and petals being light blue), but now h2b has managed to persuade me to change the colour to Royal blue now. Do yous think this will look right, im really worried it wont go?? thanks yous

I think it would be lovely. Perhaps you could combine the 2 blues in the centrepieces?

Well I'm biased as we are having royal blue but I think it would fit really well! Loads of blue in Cinderella anyway :D

Im struggling to find the same light blue shade for everything, so kind of wanting to agree with h2b and just go royal blue to make it easier, but i keep thinking that it won't go. So here i am looking for opinions haha!

I think go with what your heart tells you and what you would be happiest with because there's no point having something you will hate! I reckon you need to find ways to incorporate your new potential colour into your theme!

I agree with MrsT2be that having to two blues would be lovely.. Royal blue mainly but add the few light blue bits you can find to compliment it :-) xxx

haha, this is our theme! and our colours (plus silver)- so i say go for it, my dress is light blue, my bridesmaid are in royal blue, my flower girl is in ivory with a blue sash, the groom/smen ushers etc are in royal blue light blue tartan kilts with light blue cravats, the centre pieces are silver candelabras with royal blue, light blue and ivory flowers wrapped around with light blue candles, the flowers are mainly ivory with light & royal blue in it with light blue butterflys in them, my shoes are silver diamonte with light blue and ivory lace bows on the back (thanks brilly for that suggestion) our chair covers are w ivory with light blue sash's and the table swagging is light blue, we also have a twinkle back drop and hired 2 uplighters to change the fabric to light blue. favours are bottles of sloe gin and lottery tickets wrapped in ivory and royal blue ribbon. I was a little worried about the BM's dresses being so much darler than my own .. but i thought chuff it, im the princess haha xx

I have been going mad thinking about my colour scheme haha and finally i think we have chosen just to go royal blue(hope i don't change it again!!) can you ladies please take a look at my picture in my royal blue album which includes the centerpiece (the flowers meant to be up right), postbox etc in the same picture and re assure me this looks okay? lol x
