I have recently purchased my dream dress :) however my dream shoes which i found may not suit now :( This isnt due to the style but purely due to the height! Im 5"6 and the shoes measure about 4.5inches!!
I have looked at alternate shoes but i like NONE :( I'm planning to go back and try on my dress and use some shoes the shop to see which height will work but i really wanted to sort my shoes as soon as!
Has anyone else had this problem?

I hate shoes and shoe shopping etc etc because I've a disability my my leg and consequently my feet are different sizes (5 and 6.5) so I always have to buy 2 pairs of shoes - I'm wearing beach sandals but I'm also considering pumps as no ones gonna see them anyway

have you through about seeing if you can find someone on the interweb if they hand make shoes, send them your design and what heel you want and see what they can do. might be worth it xx

I wanted high heels but I often can't wear them. I tried looking around for them in loads of shops, high street and online but none caught my attention. But I found them eventually and they were comfy!
You only need your shoes when you have your dress fitting, purely for their height then look. It's a good idea to try some of the shop's shoes on to see what suits, that way you can buys theirs on find a cheaper alternative.

i prefer a wedge than a kitten heel. I have a problem with my right instep on my foot and wedges fit snug and comfy x

I bought my she's and then changed my mind to a have the same as my bm's but had them blinded up, they were soooooo comfy!!!
Try your dress on and see what size heel you need then look

If you want wedges try the Bay of E??!! You don't necessarily have to go for white, do you?? A different colour would be fun and different??
I wanted a pair of white Mary Janes with ribbon. I couldn't find them anywhere at a decent price so bought a normal pair and blinged them up!!!
Also, have you tried the web site Sh0es 0f Pr3y?? Though they do cost about £150 for a pair??

I dont really wear heels now but will need to on the day as my BMs are all 5'7 or above and I'm only 5'1 - even if they wear flats they will be taller than me!
I generally get things on Bay of E though as lots of choice for good price. There are some good shoe stores online too that do wide rnages of 'wedding' shoes that you can have dyed etc.

hhheehheheee my shoes are the favourite bit i have several pairs now and i will wear what i fancy and change as i like on the day! my fave of hem are totally flat but no-one is going to see! even have flip flops for the evening as its beach theme . shoes are the one thing tha t can be quirky cuz can onlybe seen if dress is lifted and also can make for an interesting photo!
