Hi my son age 11 is my page boy i originally bought him a suit that really didn't fit well it just wasn't him, so i bought another with fitted jacket and slim leg pants much more him. I think it would look great with some black converse as opposed to black school type shoes, apart from anything else i know he would wear the converse until they fell apart and the shoes would sit in the wardrobe gathering dust! But someone said they think they would be too casual, what do you ladies think.

Ignore tht someone. Do what u think is best. Im having converses for my wedding. Lots of people have moaned about how untraditional my wedding is. Im having a red corset with black and white skirt. So what! Ur wedding ur way!!!! X

If its the type of style you're going for then I don't see a problem..
If anyone even suggested wearing converse to my wedding they'd be uninvited !! Don't get me wrong, I love converse and have several pairs, but there's a time and a place for them and my wedding ain't it ! Lol xxx

we are having a very relaxed kind of wedding no best man just our collective children as bridesmaids and page boy, nobody giving me away but i am going to walk in with my son, so it's quite informal. Thanks for the input ladies i think i will go for converse x

converse all the way :) my ladies have heels for the photo's/ceremony then converse the boys have converse too!
no suits for us we are having personalised bowling shirts with black trousers and converse or brothel creepers
You do your wedding your way hun, they will be memories to cherish forever and NO ONE wants to remeber achey blistered feet :) xxx
