    I assume you've not been on very long. Give them about a week to have a look through what you've asked for and come up with a quote... if they're working over the weekend, its probably out doing a job so won't be on their e-mails.

    The best way is to set up mood boards, collate ideas you like, see what you can do yourself and search around for bargains using the internet and opportunity buys. Places the the bay, debs, the rainforest website etc...
