i found a company to do my centre peices and at a gud price, she said as i cudnt pm on fb under her company i cud add her personaly and then if i needed to message her i cud. i sent her her a pm on mon/tues asking her if she has done my invoice coz she said when i paid my deposit she wud send me a invoice. i know shes seen it and she has posted on fb 4 times since i meassaged her. this is my problem, i have found my centre pieces . And think i might able to get them bit cheaper if i ask, do i get them and do them myself? i was thinking of asking her if i cud have some deposit back as there is no contract and no invoice and wud rather do them myself. plus i wud beable to double my money on them after the wedding. im in a pickle and not really sure on what to say to her or what to do i hope this makes sense x

Yeah ask her to return ALL of your deposit...firstly after paying into any contract you are entitled to a cooling off period....secondly there is no contract and as she has not replied to your mail it stands to reason she may not fulfil her end of the non-existant contract xx

I agree hun does seem strange :/ id write the letter/email and see how you can get on, id always recommend doing centrepieces yourself ad you can sell them and make a decent amount of the money back xx

Hopefully you'll be able to get your deposit back, i like the wording thats been said. If they continue to ignore your emails and messages, try ringing them or go and see them personally? Tell them you're also doing them yourself due to the poor customer service you've received (you never know, they may offer you discount as compensation and this may make them cheaper than buying them yourself- you don't know until you ask :) ) x

hi ladies, well she finally got back to me today. saying that invoices r done on a monday by there accountant n mine wud have been done today, even though when i posted my money she said it wud have been done that day. but if i want to do my own, ive to send my bank details n she will put my deposit back into my account. i just hope that doesnt take too long

Thats good news. How did you pay them originally? Could you nip into the shop with your card if youre worried, that way you wont have to send the details over. If you paid by cash, they should really give you cash back. Or you could ask for them to send you a cheque? X
