    Hey guys,

I need some help. Throughout uni etc I was always quite skinny, a steady size 10. The rest of my family have always struggled with their weight and I've always been the one who's managed to stay slim. Since starting my training and career and moving in with my fiance I have really struggled. I never used to exercise much before and I don't now but my work means that I'm on my feet 10 hours a day rushing around like a mad woman! I seem to comfort eat now and I never used to. If something happens at work my first thought is to go out and get chips for lunch or to get a cream cake to cheer me up. Then I seem to end up feeling worse but I dont know how to stop myself. I'm so so down about this but every time I try and do something about it I cant seem to stick to it :( I dont understand whats happened :( I'm now a size 16 on the bottom and a 12/14 up top. I realise this isnt big at all, but its just not me :( I've now got stretch marks on the tops of my legs and my sides and my boobs have ballooned I asbolutely hate them :( they used to be quite small and I wished they were bigger but now I just wish they'd shrink back! I need to do something now before I get to the point where when I lose weight I will be left with excess skin that I I wont be able to tone :(

Sorry about the depressing post guys but I really really need a kick up the bum from you guys and need some motivation. I tell my fiance but he says he loves me the way I am. I need some help from people who dont love me unconditionally!!!! :P haha

Thanks guys, and tips would be greatly appreciated too! xxx
