I am getting married next April and since I got engaged three months ago I have gone into a blind panic about losing weight. I want to lose around 1.5 - 2 stone and I feel that I have enough time to do this, but I am completley losing the plot! I joined slimming world and the 'leader' must have been at the very least size 20 which didn't fill me with hope. She kept saying that we could each as much as we wanted, but I know that I really have to control my portions...
I suppose what I am asking is, did any other B2B's struggle with weight loss and what worked for those who did lose weight. Thanks in advance for your replies :-)

Ive heard slimming world is brilliant hun I know loads of people who have lost wait just by changing the way they eat. I have a thread on here some where with some recipes on it will bump for you xx
