Go in to a travel agents and ask them for help and advice.
Then find it cheaper on the Internet!!!!

Do you know which country you want to go to??

    :-)

i think the first thing you need to think is what sort of honeymoon do you want

    sun sand sunbathing
    all action
what time of year are you having it
    etc
that will give you a place to start

What type of holiday do you want? Sightseeing? Beach? Bit of both? Do you want it hot?

Do you have issues flying/would you prefer short-haul?

What's your budget, and how long are you hoping to go away for?

I love travel and am happy to give you a few recommendations if you like?

Google is brilliant, use it! lol Look at the time of year you would be going, then use google to find out what places have the best weather, then see which ones take your fancy and again use google to look up what you can do in that place, then go onto holiday websites and see what they offer in those places at that time of year :) xxx

We were talking about a safari but there quite a few days and not sure we want to be hulled up in cars all day, so have been looking at the Maldives ( I think) as there ment to lovely beaches n hot weather. We want hot place where we can walk along beach ect and go scuba diving hopefully, but also something like full inclusive and a place that speaks English looking at 7-14 days never been on a plane so any flying would be great long in July ( not this yr) maybe somewhere with a few sights but not too much as want a relaxing yet fun time. But oh wouldnt do well laying on a beach all week so need some sort of adventure. Budget isn't huge but I know cheap isn't always best. I've spent hours looking online but so many choices I don't know where to go. Will pop into travel agents n see what they recommend. But don't want to go in n them think I don't have a clue n they can sell me what they want rather than what we want x

You seem to have some pretty good ideas already. The main thing is to be clear on what is essential and what your budget is. When you talk to travel agents don't let them persuade you to book there and then.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

one quick word of advice if you havent travelled much going on holiday in juy it is very important you research the weather of the country you are going to as it can be unbearable especially if you have never experienced the type of heat! i went to turkey in august thinking 45 degrees sounded lush ,my flip flops melted the ground was so hot the humidity was unbelievable really struggled with breathing for the first few days and spent most of the time in the pool! dont get me wrong i still enjoyed the holiday but it was my first time abroad and i was totally unprepared for the intensity! i have been back several times but prefer to go late september! we have chosen goa as our honeymoon destination pretty much because myself and my partner have travelled alot now together and seperately and india is the only place we havent visited and we found some great deals! but we are going in january as the temperature is comfortable then! plus i will turn 30 the day we land!! doube celebration lol . like the others have said make a little list of things you definately want and then see if dear old g00gle can come up with something! i'd be too scared of a safari as i would want to stop the animals killing each other would prob be crying all the time!

One BIG day will lead to lots of little happy days !!
