Hi ladies, I'm having two wedding bands: a platinum and diamond one which will be shaped to fit perfectly under/around my engagement ring, and then a plain palladium 2mm band to wear when I'm not wearing my proper set (eg when diving/swimming etc). Is anyone else doing something similar, and if so, what are you doing on the day?..

I'd like both rings to be 'involved' in the ceremony somehow. I was originally going to have the plain band attached to my bouquet, wear my engagement ring on my right hand, and have OH give me the shaped platinum band, and then put my engagement ring back on over it. But, I'm wondering if it will look weird in photos? But, that's my 'proper' ring, so I don't know if I want OH to give me the plain one (which I think will look better in photos), when it's really just a 'stand in' ring.

Or, I could not have photos of the wedding band on it's own, and just put the engagement ring on after, so that photos will be of the set (which I love).

Would love to hear what other ladies are doing if you're in the same boat!

I was thinking about two rings..
because of my job I would only be allowed to wear a plain band with no pattern or anything on it,
I can hardly wear my engagement ring because im always at work :( so don't know if its worth it...

you only get married once though so I just think you may aswell just get what it is you want...

I like the idea you said about attatching the plain ring to your bouquet...
I seen a few people have photos of just their hands and it looks really nice! :)

sorry for proboly not being any help at all :-P lol
