    Well ladies ive joined weight watchers and had my first weigh in yesterday and in my first week I lost 4.5LB I'm very proud of myself (so I bought a new top) lol today my sis was home from Scotland and she hasn't seen my dress so we went up today and she took a pic of me... Last time I put the sample dress it fitted perfect but today it was massive on me! Woop!

    My start weight: 14st 5lb
    Goal: 10st 5lb
    And a year to do it!!!

    We took the pic to compare from now and ill take another when I get my final fitting!!!

    I joined weight watchers in January after putting on 10lbs over Christmas and my h2bs return from Afghan. I had already bought my dress of the rail and it was a good fit so I really had to get my weight back down. To be honest I didn't have too much faith in weight watchers to begin with but I have now lost 11lbs and my dress is fitting better than ever. As long as you stick to it you will do well. I tend to stick rigidly to the plan monday - friday and then at the weekend I use my weekly points for a few drinks. I can't believe how easy it is to eat gorgeous tasting food and still lose weight. The most shocking thing is going to a restaurant and looking at how many points my usual choice is compared to my new informed choice. In ASK my usual dish would use up all of my daily and weekly points if I had 3 courses and wine. I'm a new woman!!

    I can't wait until 29/06/2013

    Shirleygirly's got the right idea :) whether your using WW or SW or something similar or going it alone, the best thing to do is to be strict with yourself the majority of the time and reward yourself a little afterwards :) xx
