    Hey everyone!

So I found my engagement party dress after much stressing and trying on clothes and I have opted for a simple white dress with some black lace detail down the sides, h2b loves it to!!

My sister ( maid of honour ) has just told me that she is wearing a white dress as well?

    Is this ok?

I don't think it is. I know it's not my wedding but just don't feel 100% with it.

What do you think guys? Opinions appreciated :)

I didn't have an engagement party, but personally I wouldn't mind. There's so many different styles of dress. X

Tbh I don't think it'll be a problem - everyone will be too busy congratulating you to notice or worry about it...

I could understand if it was the same dress, but it's only the same color and what happens if someone else turns up in a white dress to?

    Xx

Don't see an issue with it to be honest, if it was your Wedding day then I would be concerned lol!! As its your engagement party everyone will be wanting to talk to you and see you :)

The night will go so quick! Ours did!!

If it were me I would wear really striking shoes so that you stand out, after you it is a party all about you! If your wearing white you can go with any shoes as they won't clash!

I wouldn't be bothered either, there will probes be a few guests wearing white too so I don't see it as an issue either (definitely on ur wedding day) but not an engagement party...and I think u could come across as bridezilla-y if u was to mention it!
