iv been quoted £180 for a 3 tier cake, decorations arnt extra either, does anyone know if this is a good price?

Sounds brilliant- I've been quoted over £300 for that (needless to say we are not using that company- mainly because they said our ideas wouldn't work though!)

i got quoted £500 for a 3 tier which i fink is just silly and i just laughed at them. i hav ordered mine from a lady i found at a weddin fayre and its gona cost £210 in total. it will look like a pile of presents all nicely wrapped and piled on top of each other xx

i dont know if this will be everyones taste lol but tescos sell the 3 different sized fruit white iced tiers...it totals just under £28 for all 3! large tier, medium and small...it has got some detail around the edge, thats what we are going for and I have bought some beautiful buterflys to decorate it with, and edible red scatters to place all over it, i was quoted £300 for a cake that was actually plainer than this one! :)

That sounds like a fair price. We're paying £200 for 3-tier, including wedding topper, decorations, delivery to venue and hire of a cake stand! I think that's reasonable x
thats a great price av jst ordered ma cake 3 tier wi a glass square vase underneath top tier wi a rose an thistle inside. then the nxt 2 tiers on top of each other, wi ribbon round it an roses on top a think anyway as not decided whats goin on top, this is also fruit cake, then maderia then chocolate. xx

I'm paying £100 for a 3 tier plain White cake, and putting fake roses on it, yet someone else quoted £310, the bloody cheek!!! My friend is goig to bake lots of muffins too, as I have a fair few guests and don't wanna splash out another few hundred!!! That's a very good price, def use them x
