I'm lucky that one of my childhood friends has set up a wedding dress making business, so naturally I can't go anywhere else! It'll be nice to help her out at the same time as making my dream dress. It'll hold meaning for me.

I think i may be, my mums friends daughter makes dresses and were going to go and have a look at what kind of things she can do, but i think we are going to go on a wedding dress window shopping spree first to try on loads of dresses as i have an idea of what i like but i've been know to hate stuff i like the look of once i've got it on!

Dec 2011 Got engaged, July 2015 Getting married! Yay!

I found a Wedding Dress Shop with a difference they have their own in house designer and only have example dresses in the shop. Which meant that I could pick bits from those that I liked and add others too. I'm not sure that this a very common though so think you'd be best looking for a dress maker locally.
