Have been thinking of hen ideas, and would love to do a party bus, cocktail class then night out.
However I know what people can be like and they will moan about money,
Say a tenner each for bus and then can be £20-£40 for the cocktail class depending on what package basically whether we want a meal.
Wedding is end of November, was thinking to have hen night end of October?

Would it be too early to book it now? I have text the people I want there with all details, a few have moaned about the money, I'm not asking for the money at this precise moment lol just want to know whether people are up for it.

All I say is that you get the money upfront from them otherwise they will drop out and you will be left to foot the bill, but nope not too early, plenty of warning for them to save.

It's not too early - we get married the same day and my bridesmaids have started sorting mine!
The more notice everyone has the longer they have to save for it xx

Not too early, but I recommend getting all the money before you book. You don't want to have to spend ages chasing up the other half of the money.

My bridesmaid started planning mine in January, hen do in July and get married in August.

She sent emails out to everyone with her rough ideas asking for opinions/thoughts and a provisional date. She then outline the cost involved so people can start saving early. I dont think you nessecarily need to book it yet but worth gathering the hens maybe via a private facebook group to talk money and ideas. xxx

I know the cocktail classes down here can be very popular so I would want to book asap.
Have provisionally booked it well they have put my name down in pensil as not paid anything yet.

Most people are up for it and willing to pay. Just wanted to let people know now so they so have time to save if needed.

Gives ppl more time to pay it and just gonna add the main ppl to begin with then e need the final booking in 6 weeks before so ppl can add themselves on as close as that x
