Pro ably obvious ones but:-
How many can it seat? Can guests eat/drink Will there be a rest stop (if you are travelling far) Can you/they decorate it Can you play your own music? What times - are there additional charges for later pickups? What if one of the guests is late? Do they have a back up vehicle/ plan if it breaks down Can they print customised tickets?
